Seriously! Where is she? I have two full-blown toddlers and it's just hitting me now. Granted - one can't speak but signs very well and can communicate as well as most adults can. OK, I'm biased.
Here we are having a picnic lunch at the fountain park. She's such a lady.

She wasn't quite sure of it. She wanted to get wet but she didn't yet she was quite happy pouring water out of her bucket and getting splashed every now and then.
BUT, this is the photo that gets me. There are my two kids, playing in the fountain, as happy as can be. AND, she just seems...older than 16 months.
