Kelley is so awesome that she thought of leaving gifts for the kids when they needed them. She hid them in a closet and told me about them later. Gifts for when the time was right. For when they would ask for her constantly. Well that has been just about every day. So it was time to bust out the gifts (plus we had a house meeting so we needed to occupy their precious time).

Ty got a headlamp. His response, "Mom, I have been wanting this for a year."
He used it right away. In the daytime. Outside. Finding bugs.
He wore the headlamp all day long btw.
Thanks Kelley. You're the best! Ready for a visit yet?
Then off to the nursery for some flowers.
And, Ty's latest obsession - ping pong. Yes, in the kitchen.
But I have to share how clever he is of course. He started using the spatula and pan from the pretend kitchen first to play ping pong. Then when we were at Sports Basement, he saw the real thing and asked for it. You can see the spatula in Tess's hand but the pan in his hand is fuzzy.
