After Nepenthe, we headed to Pfeiffer Big Sure State Park to hike to the waterfalls. We were kind of unprepared but that's ok. It was a ton of fun and the kids enjoyed it.
"Hmm, let's see - how old is this tree? I think it must be as old as mommy."
"Is this where we go potty?"

She wanted to climb again. She was not happy when I got her down. I repeat, not happy.
Then, at the end of the day, there's nothing like walking the beach with the sun setting and winding down from the day.
Pure joy!
It was one of the greatest weekends we have ever had.
